PAP's Athletic Performance Program runs year round at PAP's Training Facility in Wyomissing. This program will take your game to the next level. You will become a stronger, faster, quicker, and more powerful player. This intense program last 8 weeks and workouts are either 2 or 3 times per week. We will work with you and cater the program around your own high school program.
