General Athletic Performance Program Information

PAP's Athletic Performance Program runs year round at PAP's Training Facility in Wyomissing.  This program will take your game to the next level.  You will become a stronger, faster, quicker, and more powerful player.  This intense program last 8 weeks and workouts are either 2 or 3 times per week.  We will work with you and cater the program around your own high school program. 

Athletes are placed into groups based on their age.  There are 4 training groups available:

  • Youth Training Group(ages 7-11)
  • Middle School Training Group
  • High School Training Group
  • College Training Group
  • Adult Group Training

                            -SPEED (PROPER ACCELERATION, DECELERATION)      
                                     -LINEAR & LATERAL MOVEMENT TECHNIQUES
   -RUNNING MECHANICS -FOOTWORK  -PROPER JUMPING & LANDING TECHNIQUES
           -EXPLOSIVE POWER -FOCUS ON UPPER BODY, LOWER BODY & 
CORE
