Training

Group Based

We offer group based training for all of our athletes.  Programs last between 8-12 weeks, and athletes can choose between 2 or 3 days per week programs.  We have the flexibility to train you at our facility, or travel to your facility.  We also offer team and group rates.  Please contact us for details.

Evaluation

During the first sessions we will test each athlete in order to gauge their athleticism.  This will also give us the information we need to track their improvement over the eight week program.  We will then focus to improve all aspects of athleticism.

Every workout focuses on improving the ability to move.  Our focuses are:
